The name PaPa’s Workshop is deeply personal. It’s inspired by the love I had for my own grandfather and the overwhelming joy I felt when I became a grandfather myself. That title—PaPa—means everything to me, and it’s at the heart of everything I create.

The Little Hands Story

PaPa’s Workshop isn’t just a name—it’s a real place, and I’m PaPa. This is my workshop, and every toy that leaves it begins with love.

I still remember the overwhelming joy I felt when I held my first grandchild. That moment inspired the creation of my Little Hands™ line of toys—thoughtfully designed to spark imagination and support early developmental skills.

Since then, I’ve been blessed with four grandchildren, and with each one, the joy I find in crafting these toys has only grown. In today’s fast-paced, electronic world, I wanted to offer something different: classic, timeless toys that encourage creativity, motor skill development, and hands-on play.

Each Little Hands™ toy is rooted in Montessori principles and built with the same love and care I pour into the toys I make for my own grandchildren. It’s my promise to you that every toy from PaPa’s Workshop is made for the little hands of your little ones—with heart, intention, and craftsmanship.

At PaPa’s Workshop, we believe toys should offer more than just fun—they should nurture, teach, and inspire. That’s the heart behind our Little Hands™ line of toys.

In today’s world of constant screen time, we saw the need for something different—something real. That’s why we design toys that do more than entertain. Each Little Hands™ toy is created to encourage imagination, support developmental milestones, and help children grow through purposeful play.

Our toys are crafted with young learners in mind—easy to grasp, engaging to explore, and designed with thoughtful features. They promote natural development of hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and problem-solving abilities. Whether it's stacking, rolling, or simply discovering how things move, every interaction helps build the foundation for future learning.

Why Hand-Eye Coordination Matters

Hand-eye coordination is a key part of childhood development. It’s the ability to process what the eyes see and translate it into physical action—whether that’s reaching, grabbing, building, or balancing. From the early reflexes of a newborn to the curious movements of a toddler, these skills grow as your child grows.

Our toys are designed to support this natural progression. They help children refine both fine-motor skills (like picking up small objects) and gross-motor skills (like stacking blocks or rolling a toy truck). Most importantly, they encourage curiosity and confidence at every stage.

Every Child Grows Differently

We know that each child develops at their own pace, influenced by many things: siblings, playtime, school environments, and their unique personalities. Our role as parents, grandparents, and caregivers is to nurture that growth by creating opportunities for learning through play.
